Issue Description

Food today has become a matter of choice, i.e. an ethical issue. Its use and distribution can in fact be a source of injustice, damage to the environment and cruelty to other species. This issue of “Teoria” aims to explore some of these issues and discuss them from a philosophical and interdisciplinary perspective.
